They exist to meet the critical needs of the homeless and less fortunate in the downtown core of Abbotsford and Aldergrove BC. Started in 1988 by David Poulette, Lifeline is a registered, not-for-profit organization and registered food bank (Registration # S-26572).

By taking our outreach into the streets of the downtown core we offer hope, despite circumstances, by reaching out. With a stretched out hand, we help those who need us, whether it’s a hot meal, clothes, groceries, finding a place to stay, or just someone to listen and counsell them through a difficult time. Lifeline empowers people to improve their lives, not only through assistance, but by giving them hope.

Help us provide hope by filling in the gaps. Your gift of time, prayer, clothing, food, or funds will help us continue meeting needs.

Working together to bring healing and restore lives.

Vancouver Blue Bus

blue bus lifelineOur mobile Food Bank and Soup Kitchen operates every Monday night in a parking lot off Seymour Street in the downtown core of Vancouver. We serve hot soup, sandwiches, coffee, juice, and dessert to approximately 200 people plus. While getting a hot meal, people can receive groceries and clothing. By providing the immediate physical needs, this outreach builds relationships and ministers to those on the street. This outreach goes a long way to helping people change their lives and become a contributing part of society. Come out on a Monday night and help us feed the growing number of needy people on the street.Time & Place:
